Laser cutting
J.N. White Designs' state-of-the-art cutting process features an optical registration system, allowing precision print-to-cut registration when producing printed graphic products, and perfect cut to tape alignment of adhesive gasket assemblies on optical windows and lenses. Using an advanced smoke evacuation system assures lenses will be manufactured contaminant free.

The laser cutting system is ideal for every aspect of polycarbinate and acrylic material manufacturing, from prototyping and short-run projects to full production of otherwise "hard tooled" programs.

Steel rule die cutting
We utilize Thompson clam shell presses with and without heated platens for your die cut component parts. Teamed with world class tool manufacturers like Mathias Die we can provide parts cut to ±.010" as an Industry Standard.

For jobs requiring tighter tolerances than this we can meet ±.005" or even ±.002" utilizing hybrid tools manufactured with both machined punches / features and steel rule. We utilize magnesium etched dies for our internal embossing capabilities or for thermal kiss cutting of vinyl.
