The screen making department uses a variety of frame sizes, meshes and emulsions to support the production of high quality products.

Screens are stretched to industry standards using state-of-the-art measuring devices for verification. After precision manufacturing, screens are given a final inspection to assure the highest quality.

J.N. White Designs exclusively utilizes “Newman” roller frames to assure consistent tension from frame to frame. This guarantees that multi-color jobs will register perfectly from color to color.

We have also recently invested in a liquid emulsion coater. This allows us to control “EOM” (Emulsion Over Mesh) to exact standards assuring color consistency, and beautiful gradient half tones or fine detail graphics.
